In its days the Mauser 201 was one of the top end .22RF rifle to go for in the UK. Today you might occasionally see one for sale, but their quiet rare and usually in a poor condition. If you fancy one in immaculate condition and the only one in the UK, barrelled for .17HMR, then this one is for you. Originally in .22WMR this 201 has a “as new” 17HMR stainless steel barrel, threaded for a moderator and fitted with set triggers. The woodwork is immaculate, Action has received a major service, the rifle has a polished cerakoted (Royal blue) finish so it looks like traditional blue but with a 100% weather proof finish.

The rifle is fitted with a high quality Hilver base, 1” rings and topped with “as new” Minox ZA5 5-15x44 scope. The ½ x 20UNF thread is fitted with a cerakoted thread protector, QD studs and if the customer requires, is available with a LEI 17HMR moderator and a selection of .17HMR ammunition.

The action is bedded, making this an exceptionally accurate, unique rifle and the only one of its type in the UK.
